How to access 学位工作

To run a 假设/Future Classes analysis:
- Access 学位工作 using the instructions above.
- 点击 如果 (located directly under the section containing your student information)
- If you would like to use the Future Classes tool with your current curriculum, simply check the Use current curriculum box 和 add courses (one by one, in alphabetical order) in the Future Classesarea. Once all desired "future" courses are added, click 过程 to produce a 假设 audit using those hypothetical courses. Scroll down to see the 假设 audit.

Reminders regarding the 假设/Future Classes Analysis tool:
- 假设 audits are not saved, but you can print the 假设 audit using the 打印 button at the top of the page.

- You can use the Future Classes feature along with the feature that shows you a different program.

的 body of the audit is divided into sections, or 块. All audits begin with a Degree or Certificate block, with related 块 listed below. Some examples of 块 you might see are Degree Requirements, Lower Division General Education Requirements, Departmental Requirements, Major Requirements, Concentration Requirements, Upper Division General Education Requirements, Minor Requirements, General Electives, 撤销, 失败的, 重复, 和 Grade 宽恕 Courses, In-progress 和 Current Registrations, 和 various other 块 for program-specific requirements.
- Degree/Certificate Requirements include overall requirements for the specific 学位 or certificate you are pursuing. 这些也可能规定了你的课程的最低学分和最低GPA要求. All Undergraduate students at ODU must earn 至少 120 学分 to graduate with the first Bachelor's 学位. Some Undergraduate programs may require additional hours. 如果你已经满足了本科课程的所有课程要求，但没有达到120小时的要求，可以使用选修时间. - Lower Division General Education Requirements 所有本科生都必须完成的低级别大学的要求是什么.
- Departmental Requirements are specific to each program. Some courses may be counted in the 主要 GPA, but usually are not. Lower-Division requirements may appear in this area if they are program-specific.
- Major Requirements include all courses necessary to complete the 主要. 专业领域将包括所有主修课程，并强制执行该计划的主要GPA要求.
- Concentration Requirements 包括完成与专业相关的特定专业所需的所有课程.
- Upper Division General Education Requirements include the requirements for Option D or minors (Undergraduate students only). 某些专业也可以自动达到高级学位的要求，或者可以通过第二专业来达到, 学位, or Professional Education requirements. This will depend on each individual program.
- Student Attributes 和 Activities 包括选择学生属性和成绩原谅尝试剩余的信息(本科生), as well as links to the Senior/研究生 assessments 和 graduation application. This area is optional so does not need to be fully complete for your audit to reach 100%; however, you must apply for graduation to be considered for 学位 conferral.
